What clients ask us before the first call.
What does custom software cost?
The effort depends on the scope. After the first conversation you receive an estimate with a realistic range; after the concept phase, a binding proposal with fixed stages and clearly defined deliverables. At every point you know which service corresponds to which amount.
Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. Many projects start with an idea or a problem in daily operations. In an analysis phase we clarify goals, users and requirements together, assess feasibility and economics, and turn that into a sound concept. Clickable prototypes make the result tangible before development begins.
How long does a project take?
Concept and prototype usually take two to four weeks. A first result ready for productive use typically follows within six to twelve weeks. After that, the application grows in planned stages whose scope you define.
Who owns the software?
You do. You receive the complete source code, documentation and all access credentials. You are never tied to us and can continue the application with another team at any time.
Where does development take place?
In Germany. Concept, development, coordination and support are handled by dedicated contacts on site, without subcontracting abroad. For clients in regulated industries this is often a basic requirement.
Do you take over existing applications?
Yes. We review the existing code and architecture, give an honest assessment of its condition and recommend the most economical path: targeted further development, step by step replacement, or a rebuild.
