2. Hosting

This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. When you visit the site, the server records log files including your IP address. This is based on our legitimate interest in a reliable presentation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with netcup. Details: netcup privacy policy.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. No fonts or scripts are loaded from third parties. Your dark mode preference is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

4. Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, are stored by us to process the request and for follow up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre contractual measures, otherwise on our legitimate interest in handling requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent or the purpose no longer applies.

Delivery via Web3Forms

To deliver form submissions we use Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Your input is transmitted encrypted to Web3Forms and forwarded to us by email. According to the provider, form contents are not stored permanently. Since the provider is located outside the EU, a transfer to a third country may take place, based on Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR. 6. Requests by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your request including all resulting personal data is stored and processed by us to handle your request. The legal basis corresponds to section 5.

7. Your rights

You have the right to free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data at any time, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. If you have given consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in our case the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock symbol in your browser.
